In Neo-Tokyo, crime is rising rapidly in the wake of a new generation of super-drugs capable of enhancing the user's physical and mental abilities. Hajime Tsukomo is a new recruit on a federal task force trained to go after these powered-up criminals. Now he must team up with Zeroichi, a so-called Hanger looking to reduce his own jail sentence in exchange for helping to take down these chemically-boosted bad guys.

After being told that his dad passed away, Souichirou comes back to the house which used to be his home 8 years ago. There, he finds out about the existence of his two older brothers - Masato, the eldest, and Kaname, the middle child. In order to receive rights to the house, Souichirou has to live together with them, and despite the chaos and arguments, it's fine by Souichirou if it means he can get the house. But one day, he accidentally sees Masato kissing Kaname...

Katsuya's life is turned upside down when he contracts a strange blood disease. On one hand, a doctor who is an old friend tells him to seek treatment immediately -- but then a strange man appears and tells him that the doctor will kill him. Who's telling the truth, and what exactly is this "Specter" he's infected with? And what could it possibly have to do with his dead father...?

Suou, a warrior, is indebted to a demon called Sakaki, who saved his life.
